My evening food cravings are finally in control!
"So much has changed for the better since working with Sandra. Sugar plays a much smaller role in my life now and my evening food cravings are finally in control. I learned that I can even enjoy chocolate in a healthy way and that was a welcome surprise. The pampering body scrub with essential oils was just what I needed when I got home from work in the evening so that I didn't feel the need to comfort myself with food.
In addition, I simply LOVE my "new" bed! I am sleeping better and have a lot more energy. Thank you so much for helping me to fix my bedroom environment so that it would be conducive to sleep.

I slept straight through the night for the first time in years
"One of the biggest changes I experienced while working with Sandra is dramatically improved sleep. I had been suffering from sleep deprivation for many years. It even began affecting my short-term memory. Sandra shared her knowledge and resources about improving sleep, I implemented a few of the recommendations that were pertinent to me, and I began sleeping through the night without interruption. In the morning, upon awakening, I even smiled because I had slept well for the first time in years.
The six month program gave me the time to focus on myself. Normally, my
personal time is dedicated to family members. It was refreshing to be able to concentrate on how to improve the quality of my life in small increments that were achievable.

"I learned so much from Sandra as my coach and the Simply Living Healthy program. First, I thought that I already knew a lot about nutrition before I began the program; however, I soon realized that there was a lot more for me to learn. The program helped me identify key foods that had been missing from my diet. I also learned how to prepare healthy food quickly.
Sandra helped me find ways to create time in my busy life to focus on my health. "I was really glad I took the plunge and did a cleanse under Sändra's brilliant and reassuring tutelage. Although it was not my primary goal, I did lose 5 pounds. The more important thing for me was how I felt once my body had adjusted to no sugar and dairy. I felt light with good, smooth energy and no bloating or indigestion.
What was great about this program is that we ramped up gradually before the 3-day cleanse and then there was specific advice on how to come out of the cleanse and back into a new pattern of eating.
I also liked that we had recipes that took all the thought about what to make for meals out of it, right down to a shopping list! And the recipes were delicious, easy and they used ingredients that were readily available. I easily found myself down about 15 pounds
"I worked with Sandra last spring when I registered for a group cleanse that lasted two weeks and enthusiastically extended my work with her an extra 5 weeks to get some more of the good that was happening. In January I was at a scary peak weight for me, 191 pounds. In March when we started the cleanse, I was 188 and holding fast. At the end of our time together, I easily found myself at 173.4 pounds.
